St.Thomas March 20 to S.M.S Panther (German Navy) in St.Thomas harbour - Local ship arrival postmark March 20 1903. Commercial mail rather than philatelic  - message on the reverse. Very rare. 

The German Navy was in St.Thomas due to the Venezuelan blockade - which had just ended.
